Indianapolis, IN asked in Traffic Tickets for Kentucky

Q: Can this be beat.

I'm a 47 yro class A cdl driver, so my livelihood depends on my license. I have had 2 speeding tickets, in my work truck, the most recent being 2014. This ticket was 24feb2022, in my personal vehicle going West on I64. I had moved over for a silver s10 because he was on my tail, and after he passed me I moved back over to the inside lane, and the officer wasn't even a mile down the rd, parked on the median, and appeared to be using a hand gun. He turned on his lights as I passed, I thought he was going after the s10, so I moved over to let him pass, but he pulled behind me. He sighted me for 2 infractions, 85 in a 55 and careless driving. I think he got the first guys speed!

A: If it happened in 2014, it’s about 7 years too late, although you could have them expunged at this point.
