Bossier City, LA asked in Criminal Law and Domestic Violence for Louisiana

Q: I'm a victim DV case and also filed a report for violating the P.O. they dismissed the case without contacting me

The perpetrator punched me repeatedly in the head and broke his hand and then continued to punch me with the bone protruding out of the hand. With his 9yr old present DV battery and DV child endangerment. He also violated the protective order which I filed a report on that as well and turned it in to the DA as it was in a different parish adjoining. I never got counseling. I was asking for or information on it i turned in a victim impact statement and all of my cost of being abused which would have been time I had to take off work he evicted me on a 5-day notice while he was in jail and I would never receive the protective order until a month later. Finding out that he was not supposed to be at the house that he evicted me from me and my daughter were homeless for 3 months and the last two court dates they never did contact me. I had to pay to find out and then I had to pay to find out that they dismissed the charges and nobody still has called me and told me anything?
