A: An Arkansas attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for five weeks. I'm sorry for your ordeal. About your question about whether you could go to court, it will depend upon whether you can demonstrate you suffered damages as a result of a breach of a duty of medical care. That calls for a medical opinion and it isn't something an attorney is qualified to make a call on. Attorneys will consult with medical professionals after retrieving patient chart if they believe a patient has the potential basis for a case. Therefore, the reliable way to answer your question is to reach out to Arkansas med mal attorneys to try to arrange a free initial consult to discuss your matter. Good luck
