Q: I have 3 driving while suspended charges
The judge told me to get my license reinstated or he would advise me to hire a lawyer, I did get them reinstated, I did EVERYTHING he told me to do, it cost $4,000 in paid parking tickets and surcharges, AND to get a interlock installed, (even though I was never given a breathlizer or proven dui) I don't drink, AT ALL, I was on pain medicine for a broken jaw and was swerving a little, but anyway, when the court date came he STILL suspended my license again, I just do not feel this was fair.
A: It may not have been Fair based on the facts you have stated but unfortunately the judge always has the discretion on many tickets to suspend your license. Next time consider hiring a good lawyer to make sure you get the best results
