Q: Hit by drunk 3 months ago no medical sought but sore missed work a month of rental lyft etc how do I go for emotional

State farm just accepted liability 3 months ago a drunk they're insured pulled out in front of me t-boned my truck had some bruises and swollen knees swollen ankle some cuts on my leg sore neck but no doctor my company paid for my truck but no rental no nothing State farm I know will pay reimburse for the rental what else do I get I went a month without a vehicle I missed a week of work what else can I how do I go about this

A: Since most attorneys who practice car accident/injury law will provide a free telephone or in person consultation, I recommend that you contact a few attorneys who handle these type cases in your area and speak to them directly---you will learn more and receive more information from those meetings than you will from responses on this board----this is especially recommended since you are at least 3 plus months post accident.
