A: First, if you have not been legally served a written termination notice, containing all the legally required information, any attempt to remove you will be invalid and unenforceable. If you are referring to a no cause termination, if you have been there for more than a year, then a 90 day notice is required and can only be for a specified permitted reason (see ORS 90.427).
