Q: 39:4-215. Failure to obey signals signs or directions. Are there any points with this ticket.?

My daughter was going 86 in a 55. Got a 39:4-215 failure to obey signs signals and direction. She got one hell of a break from the cop? Right?

A: Its not points for MVC purposes in NJ and yes he should send a thank the officer as many judges would have suspended his license at that speed.
