Charged with a DUI 4th could have got license back in five years however never did. Now it's six years later and I've been charged with driving on DUI suspended. Shouldn't it only be driving on suspended license? Or no license?
A: If you never took steps to renew your driver’s license then it must have been still suspended. If you are eligible for reinstatement then your case should be continued and license reinstated. Discuss with a lawyer.
