My ex husband has been doing weird things while the girls are visiting him. Latest thing is putting a gun to our daughters leg while laughing after a disagreement they had over breakfast ( I have actual pictures of the gun to her leg). My daughter expressed she does not feel comfortable going around him because "he plays too much and dont feel right around him anymore". We have an open case with the court for child support. This incident happened 2 days ago and he wont answer my calls or the kid's calls and that's not normal. I dont know what to do next but I have been on high alert with keeping the girls close with me at all times. Backstory he has been begging me to take him off child support because he cant afford it but I just found out he was promoted captain of corrections. We have been divorced for 5 years but I opened child support order 1 year ago. we live 6 hours away so he only see them when he is in town.
A: Do you wish to deny visitation to protect your child's safety? If so, you must be able to present solid and sufficient proof that he is a danger to your children in order to legally take them away from him. Contact a local Family attorney to get the best help you need with your issue.
