My wife and I want to move with our toddler. He loves grandma and grandpa but they are extremely toxic. Can they legally keep us stuck in state? (FL)

A: Unless there has been a prior court order to the contrary, grandparents have no legal right to prevent a grandchild from moving anywhere. Speak with a local family lawyer for more specific advice.
