Norwich, NY asked in Landlord - Tenant for New York

Q: served 14 day warrant of eviction , after she accepyed ny state erap money on my behalf

We had court in October of last year and we worked out an agreement, landlord has since received money on my behalf from ny state erap program and she wants to sell the place so she had me served with a 14 day eviction thats up this week, that was from our court date last october, but she accepted the erap money and still had us served by the sheriff. Help.what paper can i file with the judge to stop this eviction and show that she accepted all this money from the state and now is trying to evict me.i only have a few days left and i cant find any help.

A: Eviction is permitted if tenant defaulted on rent after period for which ERAP received.
