Q: How can I terminate my own parental rights in Kentucky over an unborn child?
I live in a different state, had a one night stand with a woman in kentucky. She refused plan B or an abortion. Child is unborn. I am not in a position to have said child nor do I want to. I feel like things are forced on me out of spite for hopes of a future relationship or money. How can I terminate my own rights or not sign birth certificate?
A: You can’t do any of those things until the child is born. After birth, you can file a petition to terminate your parental rights.
