Q: Need a landlord attorney that won’t break the bank. Tenant has not paid rent going on 4 months
Tenant has blocked all communication with us. Saw her in driveway over the weekend and she acted like she did not know who I was and called the police saying she was being followed and harassed, I was just asking if I could please have the rent. Trying to do this the nice way, gave her 3 separate letters advising that she has 30 days to vacate
