Q: When will I be able to collect on ex husbands ESOP and 401K
Just got divorce finallized in Kentucky. I was awarded half of exs 401K and half of his ESOP. How long will it be before I receive it...do I have to wait til retirement age?
A: Varies plan by plan. His plan administrator will know. It could be now, at 62, at 65, at his retirement or at any other time the plan permits
