Asked in Criminal Law for Texas

Q: I'm being charged for someone else's dope basically constructive possession what are the chances the state proving??

Dope was found in the backseat behind the passenger seat....passenger threw it back there.... how do I prove this?? Cops didn't believe me they took me to jail. I don't see how they're going to prove all the elements of constructive possession it should be reasonable doubt is it necessary for me to spend $6,000 on a excellent attorney or will court appointed attorney be able to prove this? Better yet will they end up dropping it at the last minute??
