Q: How can a person signal before a stop sign when they don't know what direction they intend to go before stopping to look
Officer stated at beginning of his report that due to reports he had read about me, he stopped me using the excuse that I didn't signal WITHN100' of stop sign. States I DID USE blinker at both stops! He illegally profiled me, stopped, detained, searched and arrested me for misdemeanor posession! Shouldn't all charges be dismissed due to profiling, illegal stop, search and seizure! He stole $780.00 & small purse with checks, debit cards, receipts, sales slips looking for paper trail which was none. Neve mentioned it in his report! I got money and purse back after 1st trial date but he tried to steal my money! If I didn't ask for it back it would have remained in property room until...?? I didnt know hich way I was going until stopped then I did use blinker both times he said in his report! All charges should be dismissed due to profiling, illegal stop, search and seizure - correct! A rogue bully with a badge making his own laws as he goes arrested me for not even 1/2gram of meth!!
