Q: Ptp wrote his Assessment PTD. No Lifting Over 5 lbs. My Attorney will not Acknowledge this.

A: you did not ask a question but i can infer that you feel your attorney does not agree you are PTD (permanently totally disabled). you dont tell us any details so i can offer much here.
