Q: My round up lawsuit made me an offer I accepted 8 months ago . Now I find out my lawyer has filed his own bankruptcy

A: No. That money belongs to you. Unless your lawyer received and misappropriated and kept the money (which is a crime), you should not be affected by his bankruptcy.
