Philipsburg, PA asked in Criminal Law for Kentucky

Q: I am an author. Trying for a very realistic story. Need help with a legal side of my story.

My work in progress features a 17 year old who meets a man(25) she lies about age. They start dating. School starts and finds out he's her teacher (also her dad is principal). They cut all ties. Events happen, they end up back together. They hide the relationship. She gets pregnant shortly before graduation. Her plan is to hide the pregnancy until after she graduates in hopes he won't face jail time. By the time graduation arrives she is 18.

What would happen to him legally seeing that it happened while she was in school but she didn't reveal it until she graduated?

A: Most likely nothing (maybe an unlawful transaction with a minor charge) if she admits she lied about her age.
