Q: Can someone please help me, I don't want to lose my children, they are my life and I need they. They are all I have.
My children were taken from me, because someone else couldn't have hers. She always pretended to be my friend only to get my children, I struggled after my husband passed away. She took advantage of it and called cps for every little thing. And once they left I had more visits because her mom and grandma would help. I have never neglected or harmed my children they always had clean clothes food and a bed. I made sure they learned along the way. I was potty training as well as trying to teach them to talk . I worked full time and lived pay check to paycheck giving them what they needed. But people didn't think it was good enough. So they tried taking them. They were given temporary guardianship and I still have rights; most of my rights were denied. Because they want them to forget me. And in 2 month the people who have them have to move for the army. They move every 4 years but can't take my children out of state but will anyway. Please help me I have tried everything
A: You will need to file a motion with the court to address your concerns. Importantly, you need to be sure you are fully complying with the guardianship plan. It will do you no good to complain about what "they" are doing or not doing unless you are doing everything expected of you.
