A: THERE IS NO WAY FOR A LAWYER IN PALM SPRINGS TO KNOW HOW THAT COURT ACTS.

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT THE CHARGE WAS THAT PLACED YOU ON INFORMAL/SUMMARY PROBATION.

OBVIOUSLY, THE 9 MONTHS IN JAIL SUGGESTED A VERY SERIOUS CHARGE........WAS IT A FELONY REDUCED TO A MISDEMEANOR?

THE BEST ADVICE IS TO CALL THE LAWYER WHO REPRESENTED YOU ON THE INFORMAL PROBATION CHARGE AND ADVISE HIM OR HER OF YOUR SITUATION AND FOR SUGGESTIONS.
