A: Your eligibility would be governed by the date of admission on your green card. It is unclear whether you were found to have overcome an abandonment and were able to keep your green card or if you were found to have abandoned your status and had to re-apply for a new green card. In any event it would be 5 years from the date of your admission, as listed on your green card.
