A: A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. It doesn't make sense for a provider or billing company to jeopardize payment for medical services by submitting procedures (or supporting documentation) out of sequence; further, the claims examiner should be able to decipher the matter from the dates of service, even if the biller didn't code properly on the billing forms. One option is to get in touch with insurance carrier and ask for EOB or denial to help get to the bottom of the issue. More information is needed to figure out what is going on. Good luck
