Q: If I inherited property and it was sold in a sales tax auction without notifying me do I have the right to appeal that?
A succession was done before the property was sold. The property was in the auction as if yesterday, July21,2022.

You use the phrase sales tax auction----depending on when this occurred, you can buy it back---or perhaps the succession's assets, if any, can be used to buy it back. Speak to an attorney.
