What can/should I do? Bought shed off marketplace, paid seller in full. She msg today, said it shed was repoed. Refuses to give My $6000 back. When I purchased it, seller wrote out a bill of sale, stating I paid her cash in full plus she didn't owe on building and it wasn't financed. Come to find out, she recently filled bankruptcy, & included shed on it. Could the fiancé company legally come and get if it was part of her bankruptcy? Pls help. Ty
