Miami, FL asked in Real Estate Law for Florida

Q: Hello, I am forming a real estate brokerage in Florida as an LLC with two partners. I am the managing broker.

The other two are not licensed in real estate. Is it correct for me to file as MGRM and them to file as AMBR?

A: Please retain a lawyer to help you form your LLC and draft your operating agreement. This is not difficult and it's easy to think that something you download is sufficient; until you have a problem.
