Asked in Family Law for Kentucky

Q: I am a resident of Alabama my son is a year and a half old his mother took him to Kentucky WithoutCourt order or consent

My son went to a Children’s Hospital about two weeks ago and he is medically cleared to leave I was told that the child is normally released to the parent who brought them in and then it went to that most of the time but I am more than capable of taking care of my son she works full-time and basically the hospital filed a report to CPS for dependency stating that she can’t provide proper care for our son because she doesn’t have housing. CPS in Kentucky says they are going to help her with resources and but my son is still sitting in the hospital while she doesn’t get him released we don’t have a custody order we don’t have a court order For anything and she conceals my son withholds information and I am facing nine months of parental alienation this is the first time I have ever found where my son boys since December 24, 2021 we both have equal rights legal and physical can I fly up there to get my son released into my care so He’s not imprisoned in his room while she bullshits I’m so
