A: There isn't really a question here. This appears to be a companion question to a separate question about assaulting a "staff member" who deserved it. Consult directly try with a criminal defense attorney about this issue.

A: Under Minnesota's criminal statutes, assault is defined as: "(1) an act done with intent to cause fear in another of immediate bodily harm or death; or (2) the intentional infliction of or attempt to inflict bodily harm upon another." Whether a criminal assault happened would require evidence and a complete set of relevant facts to evaluate. Call a criminal defense attorney.
