Q: Can I fight a driving on suspended license if I was walking
As I walk into store a cop rolls in the parking lot I see him behind my truck he then leaves I come out and walk away from the store get a block away the cop rolls up on me and proceeds to give me a ticket for driving on suspended is this something I should fight and if so is there a chance of betting it
A: If you get your license, they will probably amend the charge without you even having to fight it.
