Los Angeles, CA asked in Estate Planning for California

Q: My question is complicated but maybe easy but hopefully someone of you can help me out or give me advice I’ll really app

I am only allowed 1 “weekend”a month (1st weekend of every month) which is not even a full weekend just one night and couple hours next day. We don’t have set schedule never communicates the time off pick up and drop offs. I either pick up or drop her off we each do one of the other was an agreement between the both of us which both other spouses were present. When convenient for her she try’s to muipulate me in to doing both some weekends when I have her via phone calls last minute. I have no proof of that happening because it was via phone call. I pay $480 a month in child support $240 every 2 weeks per the child’s mothers request. Which I have records of. I call/FaceTime her 3 to 4 times a week plus on weekends to talk to her as much as I can she also calls me when she can. I follow everything she says to have less conflict and in hope I will be able to see my child. Due to a miss communication on times one weekend she is no longer allowing me to see her
