My parents sold the house and now there are new owners and I don't know when I have to be out and don't know any rights I have
A: If you had a written lease with your parents, the new owner must honor that. If there was no lease, then you are a month to month tenant, and the new owner can offer you a new lease, or terminate your occupancy by giving you 30 days' written notice.
