Q: I'm a plantiff and I have a motion to compel what do I need to do so it doesn't get dismissed. I'm in pro per.

Motion to compel why it shoulder bbe dismissed. On me the plantiff . Bit I have what they want my file med bills etc . Case is foe 5million . It's been 4 yrs ghreedi and keese was my law firm . Then not . Week before my trial date I was waiting for 2 yrs .

A: If you have the documents opposing counsel is entitled to... why don't you give it to them? You should not be representing yourself in a lawsuit with a $5mil. valuation. Regardless, here is a link to Sacramento Law Library's article on Motions to Compel Discovery. Good luck.
