Q: I was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with bodily injury her and her dad had me and my truck locke

In there gates she had slapped me and had told her dad to shoot me I also have statements that she called him and told him to shoot me I backed up to the gate she jumped in front of my truck and said I hit her so I pulled to her dads gate and ask him to let me out he would not I ran through the gate scared he was going to shoot ne
