Q: My sons school lost his MAF form and asthma pump twice, last year and again this year. Anything I can do legally?

A: In terms of legal recourses (lawsuits), there would generally need to be an element of damages. I'm sorry for your ordeal here. I hope your son has not suffered any significant physical consequences of not having a pump.
