North Hollywood, CA asked in Probate for California

Q: My brother who is the executor of my mom's estate refuses to show me what is in the estate. We are both beneficiaries.

A will was done in 2006 giving us both 50/50 and in 2020 he took my mom to see an attorney and changed the will to give him 60% and me 40% and hid it from me until i get the new will in the mail. He took over all her finances when she was alive and has been living off her money for years. He is still living in her house after dhe died using the v estates money. What should I do?
