Hayward, CA asked in Medical Malpractice for California

Q: Is this a California dental malpractice case?

I got some implants. They look terrible and are terrible. 1 is infected and causing pain 1 appears to be drilled into another root. I gave the dentist a chance to correct his mistake and he never came up with any solution. That was 6 months r so ago. I finally ended up contacting my visa card and they fully refunded me because the job is so bad. I am in pain, and embarressed of my teethe and to fix the disfigurement part of the teeth it is a minimum of 50,000. Dentist have told me that the job is horrible 1 mention it would be dental malpractice because of the implant into the root.

A: It would be best for you to contact an experienced medical malpractice attorney to review your case especially since a dentist mentioned to you that it may be malpractice. Please be aware that there is a statute of limitations (or a time limit) on when you can file a medical malpractice case which is typically one year. You should contact an attorney as soon as possible to give the attorney adequate time to gather the documents needed to pursue your case.
