A: An Arkansas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Going back twenty years is going to be difficult. You could check with the pharmacy preparing the medication, the physician writing the prescription chit, and the insurance carrier if a claim for reimbursement was submitted. If the prescription involved medications related to an accident or other legal matter and an attorney was representing you, you could check with the law firm. If it involved controlled substances, you could look into whether there could be a digital trail on public health system databases. Good luck
