Q: I was pulled over. Never received or signed a citation now I have a failure to appear
If I was never given a ticket or sign the ticket because I was never given a ticket how can I have a failure to appear against me if I did not know I needed to appear because there was no citation given to me but now I have a failure to appear and they claim that they have an unsigned ticket what kind of crackhead move is this and is that legal or lawful enforcement practice I feel like I've been blindsided
