North Richland Hills, TX asked in Criminal Law for Texas

Q: What kind of help do I need and do I have a case at all to not go to jail?

So, I was arrested for pcs pg 1/1-b>=1-4 in Texas. Before I was searched, I was let go and told to get where I was going

She then told me to come back asking if I had my girlfriend's keys. At that time I was searched after my gf told the officer she had found her keys. They found a broken meth pipe in my pocket and without saying anything put me in handcuffs.while I was in the car I confessed and willingly gave them the meth I had in my pocket that they missed while I was being searched.at that point I was taken to jail while still not being told why im being detained. After I was gone the female officer gave my stuff to my gf and in the stuff was the pipe they originally found. I just want to know if there is anything I can do to maybe get probation rather than jail time. Are there any lawyers on here who would me on a payment plan?im working but I don't have enough to pay all up front.

A: Probation is an option, Retain a lawyer and make sure the search was good.
