Q: I got charged with burglary of habitation with intent to harm but the police report says something that didn't happen
I caught the guy i been dating cheating went to the house he open the door and let me in and the girl assaulted me and the police report told a complete lie and stated things that never happen so they could charge me with burglary of habitation with intent to harm I went to the hospital for a injury nobody else did
