Q: Cater county ky. I got pulled over . I asked why n he said no seatbelt. I had it on and still got ticket. Is this right?
I'm 53 yrs old and ain't had a ticket of any kind since 17yrs old. I had my seat belt on n showed the officer. Still got a ticket. I drv with my left arm up on top of steering wheel n seat all the way back n a single cab. He stated I didn't have it on when he saw me. Yes I showed him it was on n he pulled out rt behind me. There's no way I could've put it on without him seeing me do it but still gave me a ticket. Can I fight this?
