Q: PI Lawyer refuses to tell me the date and amount of offers & if they are written or verbal from Landlords adjuster?

Jan. 2018 detailed requests to have the uneven landings and walkway to my apartment repaired. My daughter sent them pictures and offered to do the repairs. I walk with a cane and the stairs and walkway are how I get to my apartment. Managing agent @MCM. Emailed she cant do any repairs. The danger to my mother, and all other residents was ignored.

The owner H.K. refused to remove his On site agent K.K. 2018 neighbors witnessed her verbally abusing and wishing harm upon me. She wished that I would fall down the stairs. An elder abuse claim was filed at the sheriffs department. Owner and MCM new if the abuse, and refusal to do repairs.

Harold replaced MCM and made Karen Managing agent. The inevitable- on . 7/19/2019 I tripped on the 2” high crack. Impact loosened my bridge and got infected, torn rotator cuff requiring complete reverse rotator replacement. I can't sleep, constant pain and loss of function.

if your lawyer is not sharing everything with you, then may you should get a new lawyer. The 2 lawyers will split the legal fee.

i would suggest writing a letter/email to your attorney set forth what you are saying here and make you request/demand.
