Q: i was in a three car accident

I was the last car and I could safely make the adjustments needed to avoid the accident but the car infront of the second car spun out of control and I tboned them who is at fault and should i get a lawyer to help me fight my case in court? Noone was seriously injured but we all went to the hospital to get checked out
