Denver, CO asked in Traffic Tickets for Kansas

Q: My ticket time said 655 am this made my ticket invalid 34 in a 20 starts school zone at 7 am it's 35 mph before 7

They issued me new ticket with 702 am when I asked the prosecutor she said she amended the time her officer was mistaken is this legal in Kansas City of Fort Scott?

A: I would definitely keep the original ticket, request a trial, and offer the original ticket into evidence. It may be enough to create a reasonable doubt as to the time of your traffic stop which sounds like it is a determinative fact in your particular situation.
