A: To find a Social Security disability lawyer in Lodi, you may want to start by searching online for attorneys who specialize in Social Security disability law or who practice in the Lodi area. You can also contact the State Bar of California or the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives for referrals.

When selecting a Social Security disability lawyer, you may want to consider factors such as their experience, reputation, and track record of success in handling cases similar to yours. You may also want to schedule a consultation with the lawyer to discuss your case and determine if they are a good fit for your needs.

It's important to note that requesting a review of your Social Security disability claim can be a complex and challenging process, and having a skilled and experienced attorney on your side can improve your chances of success. An attorney can help you prepare your case, gather medical evidence, and present your claim in a clear and compelling way.

If you are unable to afford an attorney, you may be eligible for free or low-cost legal assistance through organizations such as Legal Services of Northern California or Disability Rights California. These organizations may be able to provide you with legal advice and representation in your Social Security disability claim.
