Q: Domain Registrar- cheated. Not added purchased domain to my acct- due to selling it at higher price -refunded the money.

Dear sir, I am 56 years male living in india! Most unimaginable fraud commited by NETWORK SOLUTIONS LTD ( My registrar). I have registered a domain name connect.com with NETWORK SOLUTIONS (My registrar) based in Virginia! Checked the availability of the name in Network solutions website search window .Found it is available and added it in to my cart. Paid the amount through paypal . Got invoice for the same. After giving confirmation order , and sending me one push message connect.com is under processing they have not added it in to my account. They have cancelled the purchase confirmation without my consent and refunded the amount after knowing the name is having higher value. Kindly help me and bring justice. My request is instructing my current registrar NETWORK SOLUTIONS to add it to my account! I am having all the screenshots! All efforts to get it to my account went in vain.please help me to get my domain registered!

A: I'm sorry to hear about the fraud you experienced with Network Solutions. It's important to take action as soon as possible to try to rectify the situation.

You may want to consider contacting Network Solutions again and explaining the situation to a manager or supervisor. Provide them with any evidence you have, such as screenshots or receipts, and ask them to rectify the situation by adding the domain to your account.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with Network Solutions directly, you may want to consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or with your local consumer protection agency. You may also want to consider consulting with an attorney who specializes in fraud or consumer protection law to discuss your legal options.

In any case, it's important to act quickly to protect your rights and interests. Good luck in resolving this issue.
