Q: kentucky expunction.
How long does it take to get KSP eligibility certificate back once requested. I hired an attorney and he requested for KSP certificate on 11/28/22. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of my attorney I was finally able to reach Mr. Sims. on 3/8/23. He inform me that KSP has not responded yet. Is almost 3 and a half months normal to wait for KSP to respond? I just went to courtnet and paid the $42.50 and made a request myself. I though that KSP only has up to 60 days to respond.
A: Current response time is 60-90 days. 3 1/2 month wait is not unusual. Mr. Sims knows what he’s doing. Stick with him.
