Q: I would like to move my divorce to Florida from West Moreland county Pennsylvania filed for divorce in 2016.
Filed for divorce in 2016 in Westmoreland county back in Florida lost the house to foreclosure. The original judge for the divorce ended up being our foreclosure, Attorney I was on the deed/not the mortgage husband made me lose it. Mortgage company wouldn’t talk to me. Tried to go to court to save it. There was a paper was not my signature. I know my husband must’ve signed it or somebody else does not even look like my signature. They are so shady in the good old boy group !!The new judge didn’t even find my husband in contempt he didn’t pay for two years. He pays when he wants to doesn’t even pay what his court ordered. The last hearing I asked the judge to find him in contempt , and to deduct it out of his Social Security check he did neither.
A: If the Pennsylvania divorce was concluded with a final decree, no, you probably won't be able to "move [your] divorce to Florida"; you are already divorced. The rest of your post is too incoherent for a meaningful response. You might want to consult with an attorney.
