Q: My husband is being wronged in so many way and I don’t know what to do he is being charged for burglary of a building

And we work together and because of his past they put it on him when there was several other employees to look at

A: Sorry to hear about your husband. The problem with these types of cases, particularly when a person has priors, is that the presumption of innocence is more difficult to avail. In other words, when a person has had encounters with the law, it becomes more difficult to say that said person is innocent. You best contact a criminal defense lawyer to help you and your husband.
