But in January I was arrested on a warrant to that I knew nothing about a d got ORd and went to court and the public defender just shoved papers at me saying this is the best I'm going to get so I signed it. I tried telling him that I couldn't go to jail for 6 months my daughter just died my husband has suffers a stroke and I am fighting for my granddaughter in the AZ court system and my sentencing is in 3 days I have since tried contacting the defender but got no response I can't leave my husband and I'm not going to lose my granddaughter to the state is there no way that 6 months can be deferred under these curcumstabces
